8 engine used in a dual engine boat can have the power steering pump removed by using one of these belt kits. If the pump is not removed, the plastic power steering hose coupler must be changed to a brass one. DO NOT RUN the power steering pump continuously with the plastic shipping coupler. Order a Belt Kit or a Brass Coupler.
