898370A03 - Tie bar for Manual Hydraulic Steering System to attach primary engine to kicker engine. Engine will be mounted on the Port side of the primary engine. Verado 175-200 HP as well as Mercury's bolt-on steering system for OptiMax, 75-115 FourStrokes, and the 3.4 and 4.6L FourStrokes
