Both the Basic and the Heavy Duty Hydraulic Systems in this section will use the hoses listed (8M0053474 to 8M0053492). Note that the Basic is for single engines only - 150 HP and below. The Heavy Duty systems are for single engines above 150 HP as well as multiple engines. Fittings are listed in this section that can be installed to the compression style connections
HYDRAULIC HELM PUMP - 39CC TILT
8M0056144 - Front Mount 2.4 cu inches (39 CC) displacement. Approximately 3 turns lock to lock on singles and 6.5 on dual cylinders. Compact design, tilt range of 48 degrees and 5 locking positions. Built-in valve for positive rudder lock and integral relief valve for over pressure protection (use compression style fittings and hoses). Hydraulic Steering for Verado 135 to 175 FourStroke engines. Can be used on OptiMax with Mercury hydraulic cylinder and hoses. Also can be used on OptiMax with Mercury hydraulic cylinder and hoses and 75-115 FourStroke and 1.5L OptiMax 75-115 HP.
