Oetiker StepLess Ear Clamp Kit for FourStroke Outboards 8-400hp

Genuine Mercury Marine kit containing Oetiker StepLess stainless steel ear clamps for servicing Mercury FourStroke outboards from 8hp to 400hp. Mercury also describes this clamp style as an Oetiker ring clamp. Use the Mercury Parts Catalog or service information for the applicable engine and serial number to confirm the required clamp and installation location.

Clamp identification: The size identification number stamped on the outside of each clamp band is its nominal inside diameter in millimetres.

Installation: Position each clamp correctly and close the ear using Mercury Oetiker clamp pincers 91-803146T (order as 803146T). Correct closure is important: do not leave a clamp loose or over-compress it. These are single-use clamps and should be replaced after removal.
